ACT/RMI Media Productions - ACT/RMI is a full-service video production and post-production company. Telecourse coordinators for member institutions should find most (if not all) the answers to questions about the Telecourse Rental Program (TCRP) for students. The new RMI Licensing Program represents institutionally based telecourse producers who wish to bring their programs to telecourse users throughout the US and other countries.

Annenberg Media - Annenberg/CPB is now officially Annenberg Media. We are now part of the Annenberg Foundation, which has so generously funded our work and the rich collection of resources we have made available to schools, teachers, learners, and communities nationwide since 1981. Look for our new name as it appears on our materials and communications over the coming months. Our contact information at 1-800-LEARNER and www.learner.org remains the same.

Blackboard - this online teaching and learning environment brings together content management, assessment, communication, and collaboration capabilities for enhancing in-class instruction or delivering distance learning.

Coast Learning Systems - is the national marketing and distribution division of Coastline Community College. Coastline designs, produces, offers, markets, and distributes distance learning courses, including telecourses and online courses. Videos are also available to integrate into online courses. Dallas TeleLearning - is a worldwide, leading producer of transferable college-credit distance learning courses used by more than 1,500 two- and four-year colleges and universities in all 50 states and more than 40 countries.

Governors State University (GSU) - the television courses produced at GSU are used by students in all academic areas and marketed via PBS to other colleges and universities throughout the nation.

Great Plains National (GPN) - produces a wide variety of video programs ranging from the Emmy award-winning PBS children's series, Reading Rainbow, through college-credit speech communication telecourses. GPN works closely with the National Council of Teachers of Mathematics and the National Science Teachers Assoication - as well as with teachers and state departments of education - to produce teacher's guides, CD-ROMs, and other classroom materials that advance curriculum objectives, motivate learning, and are easy for teachers and students to use.

INTELECOM (Intelligent Telecommunications) - INTELECOM is a leading developer of distance learning courses for use in online and blended/hybrid courses, as well as classroom course supplements. For over 35 years, INTELECOM courses have been used by colleges, universities, adult basic education programs and secondary schools across the country. Our commitment to excellence is reflected in the superior academic and production quality of each course we produce. INTELECOM video content, available via DVD, VCD, video streaming, and videotape, takes viewers on a visual journey with location shooting, case studies, illuminating interviews, historical reenactments, computer graphics and animation that bring each subject to life. JonesKnowledge.com™ Inc. - is both a supplier of online software products and support services through e-education™ as well as a provider of online academic offerings through the first fully accredited 100-percent online university - Jones International University.

Magna Systems, Inc. - facilities of educational institutions offering distance learning requested The Developing Child videos they were using in the classroom also be made available in the telecourse format. In addition to The Developing Child (available either through middle childhood or through adolescence), Magna Systems features telecourses in Early Childhood Training, Parenting, The Lifespan, and the Tele-Web course The Developing Adult. Many distance learning institutions avail themselves of the Faculty Choice option, wherein the faculty may design their own curriculum from among the Magna Systems programs.

PBS/ALS (Public Broadcasting System/Adult Learning Service) - Retired Site - The PBS Adult Learning Service has been discontinued as of September 30, 2005. Please see the course licensing contacts chart for information on how to acquire courses previously available through PBS. We recommend that you save a copy of the chart for future reference, as it will be available on PBS.org for a limited time. If you have any questions about the status of your account please contact the PBS Accounts Receivable department at 703-739-5188.

Philosophy Lab - Sports and Society is a telecourse designed to be used in Philosophy, Sociology, American Studies, Sports/Business Management and Physical Education/Kinesiology departments. Each program examines perspectives which include the values, consequences, rights and responsibilities associated with significant sports issues.

WebCT - is an integrated set of course management tools that enable faculty members and others to easily design, develop, and manage Web-based and Web-enhanced courses. There are 33,000 instructors using WebCT to deliver more than 123,000 courses to 5.1 million students in 48 countries. WebCT.com offers both teaching and learning resources in discipline-specific communities across course and institutional boundaries. There is a place for faculty to communicate and share resources with colleagues.
